As one of America's largest customer-owned banks, Transact Credit Union Corporation operates under a constitution. Our constitution outlines the rules of our operation at Transact Credit Union Corporation, including what it means to become a member and the proceedings that must happen between our directors, secretary and company. It also defines the rules around regular directors meetings and annual general meetings.
