Transact Credit Union Corporation is currently reviewing its position in relation to the RBA’s decision on 6 September to increase the Official Cash Rate. We'll make an announcement here as soon as we finalise our decision.
If you have just received a Transact Credit Union Visa Debit or Credit card, you will need to activate it before you can use it. To activate your card, visit your Mobile Banking App, log in to Transact Credit Union Online or call 13 14 22 to speak to one of our friendly team. Alternatively, you can pop into a branch and activate your card with us face to face.
If you're registered for Transact Credit Union Online (internet banking) you can use this service.
Log in to Transact Credit Union Online on your desktop computer or mobile browser. Select Services from the top menu bar then Activate a Card. Complete the details, click on submit and your card will be activated immediately.
If you're registered for Transact Credit Union Online and have the Transact Credit Union Mobile Banking App, you can use this service.
Login to the Transact Credit Union Mobile Banking App. Go to Manage Cards accessible on the home screen or in the ☰ menu. Find the card you wish to activate and tap to view card settings. Enter the Expiry Date and click on the Activate button. Your card will be activated immediately.
