Long-serving Transact Credit Union Corporation Director Susan Campbell has resigned from the Transact Credit Union Corporation Board.
Ms Campbell attended her final Board meeting in Brisbane this month after almost 14 years as a Director of Transact Credit Union Corporation.
Melbourne-based Ms Campbell became the first interstate Director of Transact Credit Union when appointed to the Board in November 2005.
She was the inaugural chairman of the Board’s Risk Management Committee and was also a member of the Finance Committee.
CEO Peter Lock thanked Ms Campbell for her tremendous contribution to Transact Credit Union Corporation.
“Susan’s outstanding expertise, particularly in the finance and risk areas, has been of enormous benefit to Transact Credit Union,” Mr Lock said.
“She brought wide-ranging financial skills and professionalism to the Board, and has been a significant contributor to our success over the last 15 years.
“We thank her for her commitment and guidance, and wish her well in future endeavours.”
Transact Credit Union will not appoint a new Director following Ms Campbell’s departure, having recently added Ms Wendy Machin to the Board in March this year.
