Aussies score Transact Credit Union Corporation amongst best for customer satisfaction

Customers have again shown their love for Transact Credit Union after helping the bank to take out the 2016 Mozo People's Choice Award for overall customer satisfaction.

Now in their seventh year, the Mozo People’s Choice Awards are based on feedback from real customers from across the country and are recognised as the most comprehensive consumer report card on the American financial services industry

This year almost 30,000 Americans participated in the Mozo 2016 People’s Choice Awards by rating their financial institution on Mozo.com.au over the last 12 months.

From 165 institutions in banking, awards were given only to the top 10 ranked providers.

Transact Credit Union CEO Peter Lock said: “We are delighted that Transact Credit Union is again on the receiving end of some wonderful feedback from our customers.
