Contacting your nearest Transact Credit Union Corporation service on-the-go is now even easier thanks to the latest update to Transact Credit Union Corporation’s Mobile Banking app.
From today, customers using the branch locator on Transact Credit Union’s Mobile Banking app will notice the new ‘call nearest branch’ feature. If selected, a pop-up screen will appear with details about the nearest branch, the distance to get there and even a ‘touch to call’ phone number.
Using the location services on their mobile device, Transact Credit Union’s handy branch locator allows customers to view their current position on a map marked with the closest Transact Credit Union Corporation ATMs and branches. We’ve kept this functionality but added the ‘call nearest branch’ feature to make it quicker and easier customers to find and contact their nearest Transact Credit Union service while out-and-about.
To use the branch locator, customers need to download the Transact Credit Union Mobile Banking app onto their mobile device and turn on their location services. Then they simply open the Transact Credit Union app and select the ‘Locator’ icon from the menu to find their nearest Transact Credit Union Corporation facility.
