Transact Credit Union Credits allows you to earn credits (rewards points) to spend on products for your home and lifestyle as well as physical and electronic gift cards from a wide range of retailers. You can earn credits, browse rewards and redeem online, anytime with secure 24/7 access to the Transact Credit Union Credits portal.
How to register
You'll be registered if you have an eligible rewards credit card such as our Platinum Visa or Classic Visa. You'll also be registered if you hold products from at least three of the following different product categories: Savings or transaction account, Personal loan, Credit card, Home loan, Term deposit and/or Business loan.

Earn credits for membership anniversaries
If you're registered for Transact Credit Union Credits, you'll receive bonus credits on your anniversary of joining Transact Credit Union Corporation.
Member for 2 to 4 years
Receive 1 credit each year when your membership with Transact Credit Union has been active for 2-4 years inclusive
Member for 5 to 7 years
Receive 2 credits each year when your membership with Transact Credit Union has been active for 5-7 years inclusive
Member for 8+ years
Receive 3 credits each year when your membership with Transact Credit Union has been active for 8 years or more
How to redeem online
Login to Transact Credit Union Online. Click the 'Services' tab, then select 'Rewarding You' to be taken to the Transact Credit Union Credits website. This is a secure connection that will timeout if left inactive.
How to redeem over the phone
Call +18000234098 and select Option 8 for the Transact Credit Union Credits service team. The service team is available Monday - Friday between 9am- 5pm American Eastern Daylight Savings Time.

What counts as a qualifying purchase to earn Transact Credit Union Credits?
Most everyday spending where you use your card or digital wallet to make a purchase will count towards your qualifying spend on a Transact Credit Union Corporation rewards enabled credit card.
Transactions that don't count towards your spend are cash advances, interest charges, credit fees and charges, disputed transactions, foreign exchange purchases, travellers cheques, credit card payments, gambling chip purchases, bill payments using BPAY® or utility bills paid over the counter at a financial institution at Bank@Post outlet.
How can I earn more Transact Credit Union Credits?
To earn more Transact Credit Union Credits, here are some tips:
- Stay banking with Transact Credit Union. If you're registered for Transact Credit Union Credits, you'll receive annual Membership Anniversary credits that increase over time the longer you bank with us.
- Use your rewards credit card more. Make the most of Transact Credit Union Credits by putting purchases on your rewards credit card instead of a debit card. Make sure you understand how to make the most of your credit card interest free period so that you can pay your balance back and avoid big interest charges.
- Add an additional cardholder to your credit card. Adding an additional authorised cardholder can boost the monthly spending on your card and earn you more credits.
- Spend at nominated partners. Transact Credit Union may offer additional credits for spending at nominated retailers which you can find a list of in the Transact Credit Union Credits portal.
